Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Key Account Executive to manage and expand relationships within the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés) sector. This individual will play a critical role in driving sales and fostering strong partnerships between the company and key HORECA clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with key HORECA clients, focusing on promoting cheese and dairy products.
Collaborate closely with the Commercial Manager to execute strategic account plans and achieve sales targets.
Monitor and assess sales performance, market trends, and client needs to identify areas for growth.
Negotiate terms, promotional activities, and product placements to enhance profitability and market share.
Prepare and present regular sales reports with actionable insights for account development.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including supply chain, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless account management.
Oversee the timely and accurate delivery of products, addressing any order fulfilment challenges promptly.
Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
Serve as the primary contact for HORECA clients, delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
Key Requirements:
Experience: in FMCG, with a strong background in managing key HORECA accounts, preferably with cheese or dairy products.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in analysing sales data, market trends, and customer behaviour to support strategic decisions.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
