Senior Marketing Manager to lead PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram), as well as manage the entire marketing automation process. This role will focus on driving performance marketing efforts for two core business lines (including a newly established e-commerce channel).

Description PPC Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize large-scale Google Ads and Meta Ads campaignsManage keyword research, audience targeting, ad creation, and bid management Marketing Automation: Develop and implement automated marketing workflowsLeverage automation tools to design drip campaigns, abandoned cart flows, and re-engagement E-commerce Focus: Design and execute e-commerce strategies, including dynamic retargeting, product ads, and promotions Coordinate with the team to ensure campaigns are aligned with promotional calendars Budget and PerformanceOptimization: Manage and optimize the marketing budget across PPC and automation channels Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with creative teams to develop compelling ad assets and landing pages optimized for conversion Testing and Innovation: Run A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and automated email workflows
Profile Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldMinimum of 3-4 years of experience managing PPC campaigns (Google and Meta)Marketing automation experience for e-commerce businessesProven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale PPC campaigns, with a focus on e-commerce KPIs Strong understanding of email marketing platforms and automation toolsAnalytical mindset with experience in Google AnalyticsAbility to work cross-functionally and manage projects with multiple stakeholdersExcellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
