Black & Grey HR is recruiting on behalf of a leading private investment holding company in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to lead and execute 360-degree marketing strategies, campaigns, events, and social media initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of marketing channels and be adept at managing end-to-end marketing activities across digital and traditional platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and out-of-home (OOH) media.
- Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop marketing strategies that align with company objectives, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
- Social Media Management: Manage all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), developing content, managing posting schedules, and engaging with audiences.
- Event Management: Organize and execute events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Content Creation: Develop and oversee the creation of marketing materials, including blogs, newsletters, press releases, brochures, and promotional videos.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Data Analysis: Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools to measure effectiveness, ROI, and customer engagement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources for maximum impact.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a full-spectrum marketing role.
- Strong experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media platforms.
- Proven experience managing marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluent in Arabic & English
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
