Description Ensure compliance with safety, quality, operational, and HR policies, including housekeeping procedures.Execute the purchasing plan by converting purchase requisitions to purchase orders. Analyse past purchasing plans for deviations and work with Procurement to prevent future issues.Collaborate with suppliers to meet delivery dates, quantity requirements and Supply Chain management.Communicate purchasing issues promptly to internal and external stakeholders.Achieve KPIs related to service, working capital, and cost goals.Drive corrective actions for inventory discrepancies and notify relevant parties.
Profile As per the nationalisation law requirements of the UAE, candidates should have a Family Book.Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field of study.0-2 years of experience in Supply Chain or Procurement.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a teamExperience working with MS Office tools, primarily Excel.
