Job Description

Overview of the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Employee Communications Manager to join our Communications team. This role is essential in enhancing our internal communications strategy, ensuring effective and engaging communication across all levels of the organization. The Employee Communications Manager will also be responsible for the active management and optimization of our internal digital platforms, including Viva Engage, the Intranet, and other internal communication tools.

 


What you will do


Internal Communications Strategy:

  • Co-Develop and implement a comprehensive internal multichannel strategy aligned with the communications strategy.
  • Ensure consistent and strategic messaging and branding across all internal communications.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communications initiatives, providing regular data driven reports and recommendations for improvement.

Content Creation and Management

  • Develop, implement and evaluate internal communications campaigns on various topics for different internal target groups
  • Proactively manage the editorial calendar to ensure strategic, timely and relevant content delivery.
  • Plan, create, edit, and distribute engaging content for various internal communication channels, including newsletters, emails, videos, and presentations.
  • Partner with different departments to develop campaigns, content and share relevant information and updates.

Digital Platform Management:

  • Oversee and manage the overall running and continuous improvement of all internal digital communication platforms, including Viva Engage and the Intranet
  • Ensure platforms are user-friendly, up-to-date, and effectively utilized for maximum employee engagement.
  • Work closely with IT and other stakeholders to implement new features and troubleshoot issues.

Employee Engagement

  • Foster a positive and inclusive communication culture within the organization.
  • Organize and promote internal events, campaigns, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from employees to inform and improve communication strategies.
