Overview of the role

The Real Estate Development Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and implementing marketing strategies to promote AFRE assets. The primary goals are to drive business growth, attract customers (leasing or sales), and enhance brand awareness. This role involves collaborating closely with our development, malls and assets teams, graphic designers, and external agencies (media and creative) to create compelling B2B and B2C 360-degree marketing campaigns and materials. The Marketing Manager will also oversee the creation of campaigns and collaterals for regional markets as required.

What you will do

  • Management of local and regional development marketing campaigns for AFRE (all asset classes) to effectively position and promote new assets across paid media channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Promotion of AFRE assets and product launches across owned media channels. These include OOH (gantries/unipoles), in mall, social media, website.
  • Lead the development and execution of B2B and B2C marketing campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with overall business goals.
  • As and when required, support on launch events for various projects ensuring all events meet brand requirements.
  • Support finalising AFRE brand guidelines regionally and ensure brand identity and philosophy are always protected.
  • Management of brand on ground and at construction sites (Flags/Construction Fences/Signage/Wayfinding).
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media content, and other promotional assets.
  • Management, writing and working with designer to create presentations and B2B promotional collaterals when required.
  • Manage the track marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness of media plans & any production.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using KPIs to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Tailor marketing campaigns to fit regional markets, ensuring local relevance and impact.
