Job Description:

Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes in the hot / cold section depending on assignment, under the supervision of senior chefs.
Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hot section, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Ensure that all food is stored and prepared according to food safety guidelines.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and ordering as required.
