Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Real Estate Consultant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, an in-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market, and exceptional negotiation and communication skills.



Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the buying or selling process.

Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Stay updated with current market trends, property values, and emerging opportunities within the Dubai real estate market.

Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values and set competitive prices.

List properties on various real estate platforms and use innovative marketing strategies to attract potential buyers.

Facilitate property viewings and open houses to showcase properties to potential buyers.

Negotiate sales agreements and ensure terms are met to the satisfaction of both parties.

Close transactions efficiently and handle all necessary documentation.

Build and maintain a network of industry contacts, including developers, brokers, and potential clients.

Attend real estate events, exhibitions, and seminars to expand professional knowledge and network.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in Dubai.
  • Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and local regulations.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
