Job Description
Prospecting and Lead Generation:- Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Research and understand client needs, challenges, and pain points to tailor sales pitches accordingly.
Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
- Initiate contact with prospects and engage in meaningful conversations to establish rapport and build trust.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and maximize customer satisfaction.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition and address client inquiries and objections to facilitate informed decision-making.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close sales and secure commitments from clients, ensuring a smooth transition to the onboarding process.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and client interactions, using CRM software.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends to management.
