Responsibilities:

1. Receive incoming shipments of materials, tools, equipment, and products.
2. Inspect deliveries for accuracy and quality, and ensure that all items are properly labeled and accounted for.
3. Record and maintain accurate inventory records using electronic or manual systems.
4. Organize and maintain the storage area to ensure efficient use of space and easy accessibility to items.
5. Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed to prevent shortages.
6. Prepare and package items for shipment or delivery to customers or other locations.
7. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill internal orders in a timely manner.
8. Perform regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and maintain inventory accuracy.
9. Handle returns, exchanges, and damaged goods according to company policies and procedures.
10. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper handling of hazardous materials, if applicable.
11. Assist with the implementation of inventory management software and systems, as needed.
12. Train and supervise other warehouse staff, as required.
13. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and storage areas.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
