What You’ll Do:  

- Dive deep into the talent pool to find and engage with top-notch candidates

- Use social media, job boards, and other platforms to source potential hires

- Screen resumes and applications to match candidates with the perfect roles

- Collaborate with our recruitment team to understand client needs and expectations

- Maintain and update our candidate database with accurate and relevant information

- Provide a stellar candidate experience from the first contact to onboarding

What We’re Looking For:  

- A people person with strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Someone tech-savvy who’s comfortable using various recruitment tools and platforms

- A proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

- A team player who can also work independently and manage their time effectively

- Previous experience in recruitment or sourcing is a plus but not a must – we’re happy to train the right candidate
