We are currently seeking experienced HSE Engineers/Officers to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as implementing and maintaining effective HSE programs. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in HSE management systems, risk assessments, incident investigations, and training. They should also possess excellent communication and leadership skills.

1. Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and standards in compliance with local and international regulations.
2. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards in the workplace.
3. Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HSE issues.
4. Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and develop corrective actions.
5. Develop and deliver HSE training programs to employees.
6. Monitor and report on HSE performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
7. Ensure compliance with HSE legal and regulatory requirements.
8. Participate in HSE audits and inspections.
9. Collaborate with other departments to promote a positive safety culture.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new regulations.

Preferred Candidate:

1. The ideal candidates should be available to join immediately.
2. Bachelor's degree in any discipline
3. Minimum of 7 years of experience working in proximity to roads, road centre median, working experience in residential areas, Infra, Soft land scaping projects etc.
4. Hold an OSHAD Card or ADVETI Certificate.
5. Hold NEBOSH
6. Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards.
