· Identify and evaluate potential clients to expand the company's presence in strategic locations.
· Able to work independently in terms of taking decisions/actions related to their assigned territories.
· Responsible for the territory sales and Profit targets & growth, ensuring health cashflow of their assigned territories & directly linked with lucrative incentive schemes.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
· Implement a robust client selection process, considering market potential, financial viability, and alignment with the company's brand image.
· Formulate and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
· Collaborate with the Sales/Marketing/Procurement/logistics to set ambitious yet achievable targets and provide guidance to meet and exceed them.
· Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
· Provide insights and recommendations for new market entry, product launches, and other strategic initiatives.
· Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development strategies, adjusting as necessary.
· Build and lead a high-performing business development team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
