Job Description

We are looking for an efficient and organized Admin Coordinator to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As an Admin Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and providing support to the team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow within the organization.


  1. Manage and organize all administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining calendars.
  2. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  3. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
  4. Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings, workshops, and events.
  5. Monitor and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  6. Manage travel arrangements and accommodation for staff and guests.
  7. Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  8. Assist in the onboarding process of new employees.
  9. Manage and update databases and filing systems.
  10. Handle confidential information and maintain strict confidentiality.
  11. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Prior experience as an Admin Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
  2. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  7. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenges.
  10. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
