Must-Have:

• 10+ years of experience working as a NOC Lead
• Experienced with monitoring tools like BMC Remedy, PRTG, Site24x7, and App Dynamics tool
• Skilled in O365 and IT Service Management systems
• Strong knowledge of networking technologies i.e. routers, servers etc.
• Certification in ITIL
