Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Site Engineer with a strong background in steel structures and at least 2 years of site experience in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the erection of steel structures, planning, team management, and ensuring project approvals from consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the erection of steel structures on-site.
• Develop and implement project plans and schedules.
• Lead and supervise construction teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Liaise with consultants to obtain necessary project approvals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (BE) or Diploma in Civil Engineering (DCE).
• Minimum of 2 years of site experience in the UAE.
• Strong background in steel structures.
• Proven experience in the construction sector, particularly in steel structure erection.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle and lead a team effectively.
• Proficient in preparing and presenting progress reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
