Job Description

We are currently seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to multitask effectively.


Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, via phone, email, or chat
  2. Provide accurate information about products and services, and assist customers with product selection and ordering
  3. Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues, ensuring customer satisfaction
  4. Maintain customer records and update customer information in the database
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve problems
  6. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
  7. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the resolution
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience
  9. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
  10. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines



Preferred Candidate:

  1. Prior experience in customer service or call center role
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Ability to work well in a team environment
  5. Proficient in using customer service software and computer systems
  6. Ability to handle high-volume customer interactions with professionalism and empathy
  7. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  8. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  9. Positive and friendly attitude towards customers
  10. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
