Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing key accounts in UAE & GCC markets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT Solutions sales, excellent communication skills and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationship with key customers, understand their business needs and provide tailored IT solutions.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and potential customers through market research and networking.
  3. Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling company's solutions to existing and new customers.
  4. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and contracts to potential customers.
  5. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of proposed solutions.
  7. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline and forecast to the management.
  8. Stay up to date with industry trends, competition and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. 4-6 years of experience in sales in the areas of Digital Transformation, Cyber Security, IT Consulting Services & Outsourcing.
  2. Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing or a related field.
  3. Good knowledge and understanding of FinTech & Digital solutions including ML & AI.
  4. Well conversant with Cyber Security concepts & market trends.
  5. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  6. Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
  7. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationship with customers.
  8. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
  10. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
