Modern Space Building Contracting LLC is hiring a MEP Technician.

• Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc).
• Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary.
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
• Proficiency in reading MEP drawings and blueprints.
• Providing recommendations at inspections.
• Material Estimation for the scope of the project.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all MEP work.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians or maintenance staff.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an MEP Technician in the UAE.
• Certificate or Diploma in required field.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
