• Coordinate with project teams and collaborate with senior management to develop budgets, forecasts, profit projections, project analyses, and cost analyses, contributing to enhanced operational profitability.
• Maintain regular communication with senior management to monitor expenses, evaluate revenue opportunities, and provide timely updates on financial performance.
• Prepare necessary studies and reports as mandated by the General Manager, regional management, or corporate leadership.
• Foster inter-departmental communication on financial matters, ensuring departments are informed about expenses and investigating any discrepancies.
• Oversee and manage procurement, disbursements, payroll, and other financial expenditures of the organization.
• Ensure all contracts, licenses, permits, insurance, and mortgage documents are current and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the HR department on budgeting and procedural aspects of payroll management.
• Initiate, supervise, and conduct periodic checks on inventories and fixed assets.
• Supervise the timely preparation and submission of tax returns and reports to government authorities and stakeholders, ensuring adherence to regulations and contractual obligations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, including timely submission of VAT returns and maintenance of accurate VAT records.
• Provide guidance on VAT-related issues to internal departments, ensuring adherence to UAE VAT laws and minimizing tax liabilities.
• Generate monthly financial reports and other required documentation for internal purposes.
• Ensure the timely completion of all reports to stakeholders as per contractual agreements
