• Leading the research and analysis of the AFF business channels
• Manage and challenge the business entities’ sales planning objectives and actions through reporting.
• Provide thought leadership to all stakeholders on emerging topics such as e-mobility, ownership autonomous driving and the resulting risks and opportunities to the Al Futtaim Financial Services.
• Drive and evolve insightful market / competitor / economic reporting, demonstrating significant depth of knowledge and increasing the quality of information provided to senior management.
• Devise and develop enhanced analytics applications, to deliver both market and business insights through the design, development and maintenance of management reporting.
• Use expertly defined KPIs which are aligned to Strategy 2023 objectives to measure business entity performance and facilitate value-add discussions across the Group based on these insights.
Product Management
• Establish and implement a centre of excellence for product price positioning and transaction price monitoring to facilitate optimization of revenue & profit by the business entities across AFF – domestic and international.
• Determine a standardized methodology of product and price monitoring (key competitor(s), core model, basket, value table management, MI source and provider) and implement a standardised reporting mechanism.
• Standardize Method – propose and agree what is tracked based on available market- and internal data sources.
• Issue monthly pricing reports including recommendations for business entity actions. Monitor their impact in cooperation with financial controlling.
• Issue monthly transaction price tracking reports to support business entities to optimize their tactical sales programs.
• Regular monitoring of finance rates.
• Managing commercial relations with partner banks. Including;
o Commercials and partnership relationship management
o Policy and demographic insights/reviews
o Month by month volume tracking
o Annual budget setting
o Intermediate between partner bank teams and internal stake holders (Finance, Operations, Brands etc.)
• Enhance Project Support (in Addition to internal projects)
o Participate in Special initiates by the Brands (Example Land Cruise, Litecae)
o Participate in Business Development COE initiatives (BYD, EV Chargers)
• Marketing
o Campaigns handling with partner banks or in-house
o Collateral design inputs
o Marketing material development and library management
o AFF Website management and Liaise for all department
o Campaign planning
o Marketing Support
• Extension on Product Portfolio (in Addition to AFF)
