Job Description:

Conduct in-depth market research specific to the Dubai real estate market, including trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior.
Analyze Dubai real estate market data, considering demographics, pricing trends (freehold vs. leasehold), vacancy rates, and absorption rates in specific districts.
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate the feasibility of potential real estate investments within Dubai, considering factors like off-plan vs. completed properties and leveraging data from the company's ERP system (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
Prepare presentations and reports to communicate research findings and recommendations to the CEO and other stakeholders, highlighting Dubai-specific considerations.
Collaborate with the IT department to ensure effective integration of real estate data with the company's ERP system (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
