Job Description:

Manage design of residential high-rise apartment building project from concept to completion
Interpret and translate project needs into rough plans and set costs and project fees according to budget
Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
Produce “sample” and “mood boards” and find, pre-qualify & manage external design agencies and ensure they operate within the company design parameters
Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors and supervise work progress with a team of engineers, interior designers and CAD draftsman
