Our esteemed client, a frontrunner in the construction materials sector, specializing in building materials, is currently seeking a skilled Ready Mix Pump Operator. This vital position entails the operation of concrete pump trucks and the responsibility for the safe and efficient delivery of ready-mix concrete to various construction sites. The ideal candidate will possess a robust blend of skills in heavy vehicle operation, equipment maintenance, and safety protocol adherence, ensuring high-quality service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and operate concrete pump trucks, managing their positioning and control to accurately deliver and pour ready-mix concrete at construction sites.
• Ensure the safe handling of the concrete pump truck, adhering to all operational and safety guidelines.
• Perform detailed pre- and post-use inspections of the pump truck to ensure its optimal condition, identifying any maintenance or repair needs.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries on the job.
• Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance of the pump truck to ensure its peak operational efficiency.
• Keep accurate records of concrete volume delivered, operational hours, and any incidents or challenges encountered. Maintaining daily job-related records is part of the responsibilities.
• Coordinate closely with project managers and construction teams to ensure timely and efficient concrete pouring according to project schedules.
• Report pumped quantity and pumping rate to Site Coordinator/Engineer and Report pumped quantity and pumping rate to Site Coordinator/Engineer.
• Responsible for maintaining day-to-day job-related records.
