Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions
  2. Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g. job boards, social media, networking) to attract a diverse pool of candidates
  3. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  4. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  6. Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and source potential candidates
  7. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system
  9. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to management

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  2. Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  3. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
  4. Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  7. Strong organizational and time management skills
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  9. Proactive and self-motivated
