Internal departments include: Holiday Homes, Property Management, Renovations, Interior Design, Mortgages, Conveyancing, Lease Assist, Marketing, Legal Advisor, Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect business by making outbound calls to find available properties using our vast clientele database

• Publish said properties on the CRM system (salesforce), manage inbound leads, and conduct viewings

• Oversee the end-to-end process of property transactions, ensuring a seamless experience for clients

• Negotiate deals, draft contracts, and collaborate with directors, legal and financial teams to ensure successful closings

• Build and nurture relationships with clients seeking real estate solutions by understand their unique needs and aspirations to provide tailored and strategic property recommendations

• Stay at the forefront of the Dubai real estate market, tracking trends and identifying investment opportunities in the luxury sector

• Cultivate and expand your network within the business community, attending industry events and proactively seeking new business opportunities. Collaborate with developers, property owners and other key stakeholders to enhance your portfolio
