Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in the preparation and delivery of daily lessons and activities.
• Provide individual support to students, ensuring their academic and personal development.
• Monitor and report on students' progress and participate in parent-teacher meetings.
• Help create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment that caters to the needs of all students.
• Assist in the development and implementation of educational materials and resources.
• Support the lead teacher in managing classroom behavior and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere.
• Participate in school events, workshops, and continuous professional development sessions.
