Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Exports Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Exports Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's export operations. This includes developing and implementing strategies to expand our export market, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and managing a team of export professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international trade, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully expanding export operations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to expand our company's export market and increase export sales.
  2. Identify new potential markets and customers for our products and services.
  3. Establish and maintain relationships with international customers, distributors, and partners.
  4. Negotiate and finalize export contracts and agreements.
  5. Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations and requirements.
  6. Manage the export documentation process, including preparing and submitting export documentation.
  7. Coordinate and oversee the shipment of products to international customers.
  8. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  9. Manage a team of export professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  10. Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure smooth and efficient export operations.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in export management or a similar role.
  3. Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and requirements.
  4. Proven track record of successfully expanding export operations and increasing export sales.
  5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  6. Ability to build and maintain relationships with international customers and partners.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  9. Leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and export management software.
