Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a company vehicle to transport goods to designated locations.
• Load and unload products from the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper handling and security of items.
• Plan delivery routes to optimize efficiency and meet delivery schedules.
• Verify and document the accuracy of orders before departure and upon delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Handle customer inquiries and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations, including proper vehicle maintenance and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
• Report any delivery discrepancies or issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
• Assist with other warehouse or logistics tasks as needed.
