- Handle changes, cancellations, and rebooking as needed.
- Travel Guidance:
- Act as a knowledgeable resource for travelers, offering information on destinations, culture, local attractions, and travel itineraries.
- Provide advice on visa requirements, health precautions, and travel insurance options.
- Offer recommendations for restaurants, activities, and transportation options at the destination.
- Address any questions or concerns travelers may have regarding their journey.
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude when handling customer issues or complaints.
- Ensure client satisfaction by going the extra mile to meet their needs.
- Documentation and Records:
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, tickets, and client information.
- Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and any industry-related changes.
- Prepare and present necessary travel documents and itineraries to clients.
- Sales and Upselling:
