Prepare and ensure accurate reports and dashboards are delivered as per management requirement and outbound campaigns are thoroughly cleansed before loading on the Dialer to ensure high conversions

What you will do:

• Dialer and outbound campaigns management
• Monitor campaigns performance reached and conversions
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports of outbound campaigns and CEC agents’ performance and productivity
• Prepare and deliver schedule adherence and shrinkage reports of CEC agents and TLs
• Reconcile agents and TLs attendance against planned schedule
• Prepare ad hoc reports/ queries as per management requirement
• Participate in UAT of system launch
