You will develop and execute change management activities for a major Microsoft 365 Migration project to ensure stakeholder engagement, communication and training needs are met.

Change Management Strategy: develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to facilitate the successful adoption of the MS 365 projectStakeholder Engagement: identify and engage key stakeholders to understand their requirements and concerns, and ensuring their active involvementImpact Assessment: lead a detailed impact assessment for assigned projectsCommunications: Design, develop and deliver an effective communication plan for the MS 365 project to ensure key message are effectively communicatedTraining: Design, develop and deliver an effective training planAdoption: Lead project adoption including effective measurement tactics
Profile
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in change management and technology adoptionProven track record of successfully leading Microsoft 365 roll out and adoption project(s)Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and their integration into business processesExcellent project management skillsProficient in data analysis and interpretation to drive decision-makingExcellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholdersBachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Information Technology, or Organisational Psychology
