Our client is one of the top payment solution providers in the MENA region. You will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring qualified candidates for positions across the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and use new ways to find the best people for the company.
Find candidates on platforms like LinkedIn.
Handle the entire hiring process, from finding candidates to making job offers.
Talk to candidates before interviews, schedule interviews, and give feedback.
Keep candidates informed about the hiring process.
Keep candidate information up-to-date in the system.
Work with managers to understand job needs and create job postings.
Handle local HR tasks and follow company rules and laws.
Help with other HR tasks as needed.
Create and maintain channels to find talent.
Make reports on hiring processes.
Work with others to make our company a great place to work.
Work with teams in Dubai and other regions on HR projects.
Requirements3 years of experience in recruitment
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques, including direct sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Experience with HR systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
At least bachelor's degree and above.
Emirati is preferred.
