Black & Grey HR is recruiting an Executive Assistant for a dynamic firm specializing in diverse visual communication solutions. This role is pivotal in offering comprehensive secretarial and administrative support, necessitating a proactive approach and the ability to handle a variety of crucial tasks with finesse.
<b>Responsibilities:</b>
<b>- </b>Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal/external communications
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally and promptly.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for CEO's use.
- Oversee office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Assist in organizing special tasks and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
Requirements- Minimum 3 years' experience as executive assistant preferably in UAE
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong command of the English language is essential.
