Overview of the role:

As a Sales Consultant for AFM Commercial Vehicles, specializing in Hino Trucks, you will play a pivotal role in driving and exceeding targeted sales while elevating the overall customer service experience. This dynamic position requires a strategic approach


What you will do:

Sales Excellence:

  • Achieve/exceed monthly and annual sales targets with a focus on maximizing business profitability.
  • Work strategically to facilitate deal closures.

Customer Interaction and Satisfaction:

  • Conduct regular customer and field visits to assess business requirements.
  • Demonstrate trucks, explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features.
  • Offer test drives and articulate warranties and services to enhance customer understanding.
  • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.

Territory Management:

  • Proactively contact prospective customers and assigned accounts within the designated territory.

Continuous Learning and Collaboration: 

  • Attend all sales meetings, modular training sessions, and refresher courses to stay updated on new products.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager/Branch Manager, ensuring any additional training needs are communicated.
