To ensure professional customer journey, customer retention and company’s profitability .
What you will do
• Ensure customer retention by implementing AF Standard and principle process.
• Customer service values and AF values are executed at all times.
• Ensure quality is maintained at all times
• Increase profitability through sales and upselling incremental packages (product, service) the company offers.
• Implement 5S at work.
• Perform all duties and responsibilities mentioned in the business SOP.
• Compliance with health and safety requirements of the company and preventing any harm to the environment.
• Learning and development by upgrading themselves with new technology, work procedures, time standards and relevant technical know-how to maintain or improve work productivity and quality.
