Job Description

Black & Grey HR is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading developer in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is seeking an experienced
<b>Sr. Cost & Estimation Manager</b> who will be responsible for overseeing and streamlining the cost estimation process for construction projects. You have to ensure to effectively managing project budgets from inception to completion. 

- Provide precise estimation and cost planning advice  
- Allocate suitable estimating resources for various tasks.
- Prepare, support, and review cost estimations for projects in progress.
- Ensure proper adjudication of all proposals.
- Manage relationships with client stakeholders.
- Develop project costings and budgets based on clear objectives.
- Demonstrate understanding of client's key objectives in the relevant sector.
- Manage and lead a team, fostering continuous development.
- Efficiently analyze project data.
- Set up and manage workshops to achieve required cost savings.
- Take a leading role in setting objectives and priorities, working as a proactive team player.
- Maintain effective communication for project completion, liaising with other managers for financial control.


Requirements- BSc in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Construction Engineering.
- Membership in the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors is preferable.
- A minimum of 12 years' technical delivery experience in a global consultancy firm.
- Pre- and post-contract experience and/or reputable Developer.
- Strong technical writing, client-facing, and communication skills.
- Well-organized, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined, and commercially astute.
