Description Develop and implement a comprehensive vendor management strategy aligned with organisational goals.Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with key vendors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality goods and services.Oversee the end-to-end contracting process, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with legal and other stakeholders to develop and review contracts, ensuring accuracy and risk mitigation.Lead and manage corporate procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management.Implement and maintain procurement policies and procedures to ensure transparency, fairness, and accountability.
Profile Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. CIPS qualification preferred,UAE National with Family Book (REQUIRED)Proven experience in a leadership role in public procurement, with a focus on vendor management and contracting.Knowledge of public procurement laws, regulations, and best practices.Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex contracts.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
