Description Utilise expert insights to critically assess and validate proposed solutions, drawing upon deep expertise in EPM systems and Budgeting and Consolidation operations.Lead the validation and testing phase of the ERP transformation program, ensuring meticulous assessment of whether the configured business processes within the EPM system meet the specified business requirements.Collaborate intensively with systems implementers and business stakeholders to comprehensively understand business requirements related to Budgeting and Consolidation processes, reporting, compliance, and analysis.Ensure proposed solutions align with industry best practices, leveraging extensive experience to validate and challenge recommendations and strategies related to EPM systems.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for optimisation and efficiency enhancement within the EPM system.
Profile Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a closely related field15 years of professional experience, with at least 7 years dedicated specifically to finance, ERP systems, and related transformations.Proven track record of successfully managing and contributing to major transformation programs within the finance domain.Demonstrated expertise in working as a key EPM Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Analyst for a minimum of two major SAP or Oracle Fusion transformation programs.Proven ability to lead and execute financial process improvements and ERP system enhancements, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of financial operations.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to finance and ERP systems.Proven ability to ensure that financial processes and reporting mechanisms within the ERP system adhere to these standards
