Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Implants Business, aligning with the company's overall goals.Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a primary focus on implant solutions.
Territory Management: Identify and prioritize target accounts and potential customers within the UAE market.Develop and implement territory plans to maximize market penetration and revenue growth.
Customer Engagement and Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dental professionals, clinicians, and key decision-makers.Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge and Education: Stay up-to-date on the company's implant product offerings, competitive products, and industry trends.Educate customers and provide training on product features, benefits, and usage.
Sales Presentations and Training: Conduct product presentations, workshops, and training sessions for dental practices and institutions.Effectively communicate the value of the company's implant solutions.
Market Analysis and Reporting: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make informed recommendations and adjustments to the sales strategy.Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.
Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and management for the territory, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to meet objectives.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to achieve common objectives and resolve customer issues.
Profile Educational degree in Dentistry is a huge plusProven experience in sales within the dental industry, particularly in the implants business (implants experience is non-negotiable)Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.Deep understanding of dental implant products and procedures.Proficiency in sales and CRM software tools.Knowledge of the UAE dental market and regulatory requirements is a significant advantage
