Track the company's financial status and performance to identify opportunities for potential improvement.
Control cash flow, managing income, expenses, budgeting, and costing.
Provide reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the Top Management informed of the operation and progress of the finance efforts.
Develop and implement a cost accounting system appropriate to the production operations ‎of the company.
Manage and maintain relationships with banks and insurance companies.
Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
