Registration Executive

We are currently looking for competent & performance driven Registration Executive to join our Toyota Corporate team in Abu Dhabi.  

What you will do

• Online vehicle registration in Abu Dhabi (AUH) Traffic Portal and ensure to register the vehicle as per the set target within the SLA & zero errors.
• Uploading the Vehicle Custom Certificates in AUH Traffic portal within the SLA & Zero error.
• Prior to vehicle registration validates the VCC, sale letter, mortgage, insurance, customer ID, driving license & third-party registration letter, etc.
• Maintain vehicle registration tracker on daily basis.
• Resolves the issues related to vehicle registration and VCC uploading which arise on AUH Traffic Portal. 
• Inventory of printed number plates to be conducted on 1st working day of the month & mid-month.
• Management of corporate credit card and submission of weekly usage report to AFG APSSC.
• Understand and adhere to all Al Futtaim Policies and Procedures.
• Deliver the highest level of customer service (both internally and externally).
