Overview of the role:
As a key member of our team, you'll take ownership of Service and Workshop activities for a range of IR products, including Centrifugal Compressors, Rotary Compressors, Oil Free Compressors, and Airend Overhauling. Your role is crucial in supporting our team within the UAE territory to meet both strategic and tactical objectives. You will work closely with the Service Manager, serving as the primary contact for technical support, service revenue recognition, SMC implementation, and coordination with the inventory team to ensure the timely availability of spare parts for job execution.
What you will do:
- Contribute to revenue growth, service/parts sales, and customer engagement through effective parts sales process management, with a focus on increasing customer retention and implementing an efficient distribution strategy.
- Proactively seek out and target lost customers and new sales opportunities, initiating action plans to secure new business for the Division.
- Manage customer requirements meticulously to ensure on-time delivery, taking into consideration lead times, product specification changes, and evolving customer demands.
- Develop and nurture strong working relationships with key contacts to foster collaboration and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest industry regulations, standards, and best practices within the Oil and Gas sector, ensuring compliance and informed decision-making.
- Maintain the customer base, machine base, service sales volume, product mix, and selling price by staying current with supply and demand, changing market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activity.
