Our client is a top-tier asset manager that invest across asset classes such as, real estate, healthcare, automotive, emerging tech, and security.
Description
Evaluate potential investment opportunities across various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, alternatives, and private marketsDevelop and maintain financial models to support investment analysis, including discounted cash flow models, sensitivity analyses, and scenario analysesConduct thorough financial analysis, including financial modeling, valuation, and forecasting, to support investment decision-makingPrepare and present investment recommendations to senior management, including investment memos and presentationsCollaborate with investment team members to develop and implement investment strategies and portfolio construction recommendationsMonitor and analyze market trends and industry developments to identify risks and opportunities for the investment portfolioParticipate in due diligence activities, including analyzing financial statements, conducting company and industry research, and identifying potential risks and opportunitiesProvide mentorship and guidance to junior investment team members
Profile
BS in Finance, Business Management, or AccountingPreferably CFA or similar accreditationExperience of 3-5 years of working as an Investment Analyst or similar roleKnowledge of Project ManagementProficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Familiarity with market information systems and technical systems like Capital IQ, Factset or BloombergAn analytical mind with a keen sense for mathematical patterns and correlationsFluency in English is requiredGreat attention to detailAbility to work on multiple tasksAble to work with little or no supervisionCommunication skillsExcellent presentation skillsTime management skills
