- University Degree in management, human resources, administration, or related fields.
- Work Experience: 4-9 years of experience in HR including recruitment, performance management, training and development, and HR administration/ NGO experience is preferred.
- Strong sense of personal integrity.
- Effective communication, planning, and organization skills.
- Teamwork spirit.
- Ability to handle pressure.
- Ability to improvise flexibility and cultural and environmental sensitivity.
