The Center Manager is expected to perform the following duties:

• Supporting Project implementation through planning, monitoring and reporting the Project objectives and tracking beneficiary enrolment, attendance and satisfaction
• Keeping abreast of the humanitarian situation, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies for the succesful implementation of the Project.
• Conducting and monitoring changing needs for the target audience together with the project team, adhering to the RET project implementation procedures.
• Supporting protection activities; updating the team on the developments on protection mechanisms for information dissemination, supporting service mapping and external referrals.
• Facilitating internal referrals between Project teams; protection, language and job profiling/assessment teams.
• Supporting Project specialists and M&E teams in developing risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, profiling asessments.
• Supporting GBV mainstreaming through planning and organizing internal staff trainings and facilitating communication and referrals among Project teams.
• Facilitating communication among the project partners (Field team, Logistics, Procurement, Finance-Administrative Affairs, Human Resources) and providing regular updates
• Taking an active role and responsibility for procurement processes through coordinating the supplier selection and contract processes under his/her responsibility together with the Logistics and Purchasing officer.
• Supporting Communication with the beneficiaries, stakeholders, institutions and organizations within the scope of the relevant project under his/her responsibility.
• Supporting the M&E unit in the reporting, monitoring and evaluation processes of the relevant project.
• Working with the Communications Officer in the process of providing media content to internal and external stakeholders within the scope of the project.

Profile & Skills

• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in NGOs,
• Advanced Turkish and English language skills. (fluency in Arabic is highly desirable)
• Experience in working in the humanitarian context (preferably experience in working with non-Syrian refugees)
• Experience in Livelihoods (assessments and referrals) is a strong asset
• Ability and flexibility to travel
• Experienced in project management and team work
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Excellent skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
