Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to lead the implementation and maintenance of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions for our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, configuring Oracle HCM modules, and providing technical expertise to support the HR function.
Job Responsibility:
- Lead the implementation of Oracle HCM solutions, including modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, and Talent Management
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design solutions that align with organizational goals
- Configure Oracle HCM applications to meet the specific needs of the business, including customization and integration with other systems
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system performance and data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, while adhering to best practices and maintaining high-quality standards
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience working as an Oracle HCM Consultant, with expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud or E-Business Suite
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, configurations, and integrations
- Experience with HR business processes, practices, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Oracle HCM certification is a plus
