1) Generate new enquiries by making cold calls, and also by utilizing existing data base from sales department
2) Gather customer requirements & Applications, arrange official quotations in accordance with the company policy
3) Follow up for submitted quotations, and regularly report to the division manager
4) Make presentation to client as and when required and explain features, advantages and benefits of buying our products
5) Regularly prepare competitors market activity report and submit to division manager
6) Must be able to prepare swot analysis, able to learn and adopt change
7) Must be able to operate ERP or any other software systems
8) Ensure Pricing, Invoicing, and delivering are performed in an efficient manner, in line with company policy & Process
9) Make daily visits to clients & submit report to division manager
10) Retain & Review Sales Documents & Reports,
11) Deliver other duties assigned, that are related to maintenance department, ware house and other internal departments.
