Job Description



This role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale brownfield projects by overseeing the program's planning, scheduling, risk management, and project controls functions. Furthermore, it needs to ensure project timelines, budgets, and resources are effectively managed and allocated.

Our client is involved in a large scale real estate brownfield projects in the KSA region with a focus on various different asset classes across a large area. The different asset classes include Cultural and Historical, Retail and Lifestyle and Hospitality.

Description




Program Management & Coordination:
Lead the planning and scheduling of complex projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and project milestones.Coordinate and facilitate communication across project teams, stakeholders, contractors, and external partners.Ensure project timelines, budgets, and resources are effectively managed and allocated.


Scheduling & Control:
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timely updates.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates, reports, and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.Identify critical paths, risks, and issues affecting project performance, proposing mitigation strategies where necessary.


Risk Management & Mitigation:
Implement robust risk management strategies to proactively identify potential issues.Coordinate risk assessments and contingency planning to minimize project delays or cost overruns.


Budget Management:
Monitor project expenditures to ensure they are in line with approved budgets.Work closely with the finance team to track project financial performance and report variances.


Performance Reporting:
Prepare and present regular performance reports to executives and project stakeholders.Analyze data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost, schedule, and resource allocation.


Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, legal regulations, and company policies.Maintain accurate documentation, including schedules, reports, risk assessments, and financial data.





Profile

The successful candidate will be strong in Planning and Control with a focus on large and complex projects. Strong leadership skills and management skills are required.


Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in program planning, project controls, and scheduling within the construction industry.Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and ERP systems.Strong knowledge of project control principles, risk management techniques, and construction processes.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex construction projects on time and within budget.
