Job Description

  • Developing and implementing a recruitment strategy to meet the company’s staffing needs.
  • Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Utilizing various recruiting channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Utilizing different sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates, such as headhunting and job fairs.
  • Building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Conducting or overseeing initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Developing standardized interview processes and questions.
  • Working with department heads to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
  • Supporting managers in selecting the best candidates.
  • Leading and coaching the recruitment team, ensuring the team achieves hiring targets.
  • Setting and monitoring team performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Tracking and analyzing key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, etc.).
  • Preparing reports for upper management.
  • Ensuring recruitment processes comply with employment laws and regulations.
  • Implementing diversity and inclusion strategies to attract a diverse workforce.
  • Ensuring a positive and smooth experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Communicating effectively with candidates, keeping them informed at each stage.
  • Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline hiring processes.
  • Staying updated on recruitment trends and technology advancements.
